Dr. Bingsheng He is a Professor and Vice-Dean (Research) at the School of Computing, National University of Singapore. He previously served as a faculty member at Nanyang Technological University and held a research position at Microsoft Research Asia. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and his Ph.D. from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Dr. He’s research focuses on cloud computing, database systems, and high-performance computing. He has received multiple industry faculty awards from leading companies including Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA, AMD/Xilinx, Alibaba, and ByteDance. His work has been recognized with Best Paper awards or selections at top-tier venues such as SIGMOD, VLDB, ICCAD, PACT, TPDS, FPGA, and ICDE-related forums. He has chaired numerous international conferences and served on editorial boards of major journals. Dr. He is an ACM Distinguished Member and an IEEE Fellow.
